This week we see two releases on the India Box Office. History repeats itself and this Friday as we see the release of Salman Khan’s Kick there is no other release in Hindi cinema.
KICK (Hindi): Genre: Action Thriller | Director: Sajid Nadiadwala | Cast: Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Randeep Hooda, Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
This week we see only one release in Hindi and that is ‘Kick’ in which Salman Khan says, “Wo jeena bhi koi jeena hai jismein kick na ho pagli.” Directed by Sajid Nadiadwala an action thriller which showcases Salman Khan, as the main lead and also Jacqueline Fernandez, Randeep Hooda and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
The songs have been chartbusters since the past few weeks. ‘Jumme Ki Raat’ and ‘Yaar Na Miley’ are foot tapping numbers and ‘Hangover’ is a slow number sung by Salman Khan himself. The music is by Himmesh Reshamiyah, Meet Bros Anjjan and Yo Yo Honey Singh.
The film is a remake if the Telugu film of the same name which was released in 2009. It is the story of a man named Devil who does only those things out of which he gets a kick that is an adrenalin rush. The local police is unable to catch him and so he is wanted by many. It is to be seen that does Salman Khan manage to maintain his macho man image and rise up to the expectations of the audience.
THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL (English): Genre: Comedy | Director: Wes Anderson | Cast: Ralph Fiennes, F.Murray Abraham, Edward Norton and Jude Law.
Wes Anderson brings takes us to 1932 and tells us the story of Gustave, a concierge in The Grand Budapest Hotel.
The young lobby boy called Zero who is now the owner of the hotel which is on the verge of closure narrates the tale of how the hotel loses its glory.
The concierge is very famous with all his female clients and the hotel has roaring business. Suddenly one of the most prestigious customer of the hotel is murdered and she wills a very expensive painting to the concierge Gustave.
The adventure begins as Gustave tries to gang up with the hotel staff to save himself from the accusation. And the story takes us through hilarious circumstances.
Gustave is played by Ralph Fiennes and Zero is F.Murray Abraham. The film is written and directed by Wes Anderson.
