This weekend Box Office brings:

30 years after the tragedy here comes a film on trials and turbulence faced by victims on the night of 2-3 December 1984 in Bhopal.

A real life story brought to life by Sahara Movie Studios and Rising Star Entertainment, directed by Ravi Kumar is a highly dramatized version of the Bhopal gas tragedy. The film features Martin Sheen, Kal Penn, Rajpal Yadav, Mischa Barton, Tannishtha Chatterjee, Joy Sengupta and Manoj Joshi.

Bhopal gas tragedy that happened on the night of 2nd December 1984 led to death of a whole town. The film tells the story of  events that led to the disaster. Director Ravi Kumar said in a statement that the reason of making this film is not to play blame game but to let the world know about this tragedy so as to avoid any further such disasters.

ACTION JACKSON

An action film directed and choreographed by Prabhudeva features Ajay Devgan, as a shirt less action hero with 6 pack abs; Sonakshi Sinha, a glam-sham heroine who dances and grooves to the tunes; Manasvi Mamgai as the girl sex symbol; Yami Gautam as the sweet girl next door and Anand Raj as the mighty villain who is ruthless. The film is a remake of Telugu blockbuster ‘Dookudu’.

SULEMANI KEEDA

Directed by Amit Masurkar, this is a satire on our state of affairs. A gang of writers struggle to make it big in this world and their trials and triumphs. The film features Naveen Kasturia, Mayank Tewari, Aditi Vasudev and Karan Mirchandani.

EXODUS GODS AND KINGS

An epic spectacle directed by Ridley Scott, features Christian Bale, Sigourney Weaver, John Turturro, Joel Edgerton and Ben Kingsley. The story of Moses and an exodus he led from Egypt. He fights the Egyptian Pharaoh Ramses and leads his men to freedom though they have to pay a huge price for it.

Grounded for seven days to mourn death of a man they all loved, the family is forced to stay under one roof.

Three brothers and a sister going through turbulence in their private lives meet up with their mother who has just got her boob job done and spend seven difficult days in their family home.

Directed by Shawn Levy the ‘Night In The Museum’ guy here is a complicatedly hilarious comedy film based on a book by Jonathan Trooper.

The film features Jason Bateman, Tina Fey, Adam Driver, Rose Bryne and Jane Fonda as their mother.

We also have Moulin Rouge-The Ballet and Royal Shakespeare Company – Henry IV (Part-1) in the theatres this weekend. Till next week … ciao.
