This Friday we have Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ishq Ke Parinde, Jai Ho Democracy and Kagaaz Ke Fools.
ISHQ KE PARINDE: This film is a love story across the border. From Lucknow to Karachi, from love to violence, the film trails a love story among all the turbulence. Directed by Shakir Khan and featuring Rishi Verma and Priyanka Mehta, Ishq Ke Parinde is an Indo-Pak love story and it is not the first of its kind. But then all we want is that love should succeed wherever and however it can.
JAI HO DEMOCRACY: Directed by Ranjit Kapoor, this is a comedy film starring Om Puri, Annu Kapoor, Seema Biswas, Satish Kaushik and Adil Hussain. It is a satire on today’s political scenario and media gimmicks. Ranjit Kapoor is the dialogue writer whose 1983 film ‘Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron’ was also a dark satire on the then prevailing political conditions and which went off very well with the audience. It is to be seen if Jai Ho Democracy also manages to create such a wave as Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron.
KAAGAZ KE FOOLS: Directed by Anil Kumar Chaudhary, the film is a comedy starring Mugdha Godse, Vinay Pathak, Raima Sen and Saurabh Shukla. This is the story of an unambitious writer who is a loyal husband but misunderstood by the wife.
AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON: The sequel is out and in this part of the Avengers they must work together to defeat Ultron, a technological enemy bent on human extinction. An American Superhero film starring Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo and Samuel L. Jackson, the film is the sequel to the 2012 movie ‘The Avengers’. Written and directed by Joss Whedon and produced by Kevin Feige, Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series The Avengers, which was first published in 1963.
Together, all the Superheroes including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance.
Till next week … ciao.
