Movie Time – India Box Office

The Box-Office this weekend:

FotorCreated722Sarabjit:

It’s raining biopics in Bollywood. Recently we saw Neerja, Aligarh and last week it was Azhar. Now this week we have Sarabjit. It seems 2016 is a year of biopics. What needs to be seen is how close one can get to reality!!! Some are camouflaged and some stark.

This is the story of Sarabjit, the man who wandered off into Pakistan and was detained for a lifetime. Little did he know that he won’t come home ever. He spent the next 23 years of his life in a jail in Pakistan with only one contact to the outer world, which was his sister Dalbir. She fought tooth and nail to get him justice and bring him back home. But alas!!! She failed.

Directed by Omung Kumar, the film features Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Randeep Hooda, Richa Chadha and Darshan Kumaar.

An ancient mutant En Sabah Nur also known as ‘Apocalypse’ who was worshipped as god in Egypt, awakens after thousands of years of slumber. He recruits a new team of his Horsemen and is out to destroy the world. The X-Men need to save the world from his devious plans.

Oscar Issac plays the Apocalypse himself and we have Fassbender, McAvoy and Lawrence as Magneto, Prof. X and Mystique. The new addition in the X-Men to watch out is Sophie Turner, ‘Sansa Stark’ for Game of Thrones fans.
